Naper Settlement's summer concert series opens Friday, June 19, with four tribute acts across two nights on its 13-acre historic campus.

Naper Nights returns June 19 and Saturday, June 20, with gates opening at 5 p.m. both evenings. The June edition is the first of three summer weekends in the series, which also runs July 17–18 and August 14–15.

Friday, June 19:

  • R-E-S-P-E-C-T: A Tribute to Aretha Franklin, 6:00–7:30 p.m., starring LaShera Moore Ellis with a 10-piece band
  • Sly & The Family Stone Tribute by Bumpus, 8:00–10:00 p.m., a nine-piece Chicago-based funk and soul group

Saturday, June 20:

  • AC/DC Tribute by DOWN/POUR, 6:00–7:30 p.m.
  • Ozzy Osbourne Tribute by Crazy Train, 8:00–10:00 p.m., featuring Vinny Cormier

Local students from School of Rock are scheduled to open each night from 5:00 to 5:40 p.m., according to NCTV17.

"Each concert is meant to foster intergenerational connections through music and community," Adison Glick, Naper Settlement's special events senior team leader, told NCTV17.

Beyond the music, the grounds will host food trucks, local restaurants and businesses, and a free children's area with painting by Pinot's Palette and games by Chasers.

Tickets are $25 for adults, $15 for children ages 4–12, and free for kids 3 and under. Naper Settlement members get free admission and early ticket access. Seating is not provided, so bring a lawn chair or blanket. Proceeds support the Naperville Heritage Society.
