Family activities and accessibility
Family-friendly programming starts Saturday, September 5, at the Riverwalk Amphitheater and continues through late afternoon Monday. The amphitheater sits along the DuPage River corridor near Centennial Beach (500 W. Jackson Ave.), so stroller access from downtown is straightforward.
Sunday, September 6, is designated Special Needs Day. Patrons with special needs receive priority, no-wait seating and an exclusive wristband for rides.

Parade and veterans' lunch

More than $4 million raised since 1983
The Jaycees have organized Last Fling since 1983 in cooperation with the City of Naperville, the Naperville Park District, and hundreds of volunteers, according to NCTV17 reporting from July 26. Proceeds over four decades have exceeded $4 million for local nonprofits. That money built landmarks Naperville families use year-round: the ADA-accessible Jaycees Playground on the Riverwalk (912 Sindt Court, near the Grand Pavilion), the Jaycees Gazebo at Fredenhagen Park, Jaycees Park near the Municipal Center, and contributions to Wentz Hall, Century Walk, and Moser Tower.
